The project is located within the Mount Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate in Arusha, Tanzania. This land nestled between Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, extending southwards to the Maasai grasslands and the ancient arc-shaped mountain range of eastern Africa—the Pare, Usambara and Blue Mountains. It offers a breathtaking view of the vast grasslands and the magnificent ridges, serving as a gateway to numerous world-famous national parks, including the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation.
